Intel Extreme Masters is the longest running global pro gaming tour in the world. Started in 2006 by ESL, the competition features the world's best gamers in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, StarCraft® II and other esport titles. With IEM having over a decade of history, it is widely considered one of the most prestigious and traditional events in the world.
The 86th installment of the Intel Extreme Masters draws closer as teams are ravenous to improve their ESL Pro Tour campaigns in this last chance to collect a massive load of EPT points for IEM Katowice 2022. Offering $250,000 in prize money, an abundance of ESL Pro Tour points and an Intel Grand Slam contribution the 16 team tournament is planned to be held on LAN spanning from the 2nd to the 12th of December.
